Hi there.
I recently bought an Olympus E410 DSLR and everything was working brilliantly until a friend of mine took out the compact memory card to put a few of my shots on to his Windows PC (I use a MacBook).
After he uploaded his photos from my card I put it back in to the camera and its not been working since.
If I take the card out of the camera, open the battery compartment and close it again the camera works and says there is ‘no card’…but if I insert the card the camera shuts back down and won’t start up again until I remove the card and then open/close the battery compartment!
Can anyone tell me what on earth is going on? Is this a formatting problem?

Thanks Hannah for your answer (much appreciated)…but the problem is when I insert the card the camera turns off and so I cannot format it! :-/
Once I download the pictures from my Innovage Mini Digital Camera, I like to go to the photo Impression program and add things to the pics. You know like a frame or make it a greeting card. After I’m done I wanna e-mail them to friends and family. When I click on the “e-mail” button I then click on the “send” button. But nowhere does it ask what e-mail address to send it to? PLEASE!!!! How do I send that e-mail?
